Statement

For the past seven years painting and drawing have been a means of journaling in the abstract, allowing me to communicate with myself. As I refined my work I found a true joy in creation, and the history thereof. Medieval, abstract, and architectural elements drew me in and worked their way into my visual practice.


Sculpture and pottery are a late addition to my art, the tangible release from the digital world is a beautiful thing. I grew up working with my hands and for me there will always be a beautiful cross between fine art and craft.
